About the role

We are looking for an Operation Excellence Associate who will support both human resources and administrative functions. The role ensures accurate reporting, manages employee lifecycle activities, coordinates payroll, and guarantees compliance with company policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise HR reporting and employee data records.
• Administer the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely social insurance contributions.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive workplace.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or combined HR & admin roles.
• Basic knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll, and social insurance processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee matters.
