About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to manage import‑export procurement activities for our operations in Bac Ninh. The role supports the sales forecast by planning and executing material purchases and ensures timely delivery of equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute material procurement plans based on sales forecasts.
• Search, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, construction works and related services.
• Compile purchase orders, contracts and related documentation according to supervisory instructions.
• Maintain good relationships with customs authorities and coordinate import‑export procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of domestic or international purchasing experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and processes.
• Hard‑working, careful, honest and responsible.
