Nhân Viên Phòng Cải Tiến/ CID Engineer (Chinese/ English)

About the role

The CID Engineer will support the Continuous Improvement Department by analysing manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and driving Lean projects. The role requires strong analytical abilities, bilingual communication (English and Mandarin) and hands‑on experience with process‑optimization tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse production lines to detect bottlenecks, waste and layout issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 5‑Why, Fishbone, 8D and other structured methods.
• Perform time studies, motion studies, workflow analysis and line balancing.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Collect and interpret data to support decision‑making and report results to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools and software.
