About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Staff to support our Human Resources department in Hanoi. The role will involve handling a variety of HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, from posting job ads to conducting interviews.
• Assist in the administration of payroll, social insurance, and compensation & benefits.
• Support training and development initiatives for employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address labor relations issues.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with no prior HR experience; HR experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate is an advantage.
