About the role
This on‑site position provides technical customer support during night hours for Truecommerce Vietnam. You will work from 10 PM to 7 AM (or 8 PM to 5 AM) five days a week, assisting clients with production‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day production support queries from customers.
- Communicate solutions clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with internal business units, suppliers, and trading partners.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and follow up on open tickets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to understand basic accounting practices and customer business flows.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular schedule.
