Nylon Yarn Business Development Manager

About the role

The Nylon Yarn Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of nylon yarn sales across targeted markets, building strong relationships with textile mills, fabric manufacturers, garment producers and trading companies. This senior position requires independent prospecting, contract negotiation and full-cycle sales management to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow nylon yarn market share.
• Identify, approach and secure new customers across the textile value chain.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and supply‑chain dynamics to inform strategy.
• Achieve annual sales volume and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in yarn or textile sales, with a strong focus on nylon or polyester/PET yarn.
• Proven track record of securing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes and supply‑chain logistics.
• Experience working with major textile groups or garment manufacturers.
