职位概况

全球知名鞋业供应商越南分公司招聘管理部协理，负责统筹工厂总务、行政及人力资源等全方位管理工作，确保厂区日常运作高效顺畅。

主要职责

统筹工厂总务及行政管理，保障后勤支援与资源配置效率。
负责厂区基础设施、宿舍、餐厅、交通车、保安、公共设备及厂务设施的维护与管理。
建立并优化总务与行政管理制度，提升管理效能与服务质量。
担任公司与越南政府机关的主要沟通窗口，维护与工業區管委會、勞工局、海關、稅務局、消防單位等的良好关系。
负责政府稽核、证照申请、法规遵循及相关行政作业，降低企业经营风险。
实时掌握越南法令及政策变动，为管理层提供营运建议与因应方案。
统筹人力资源作业，包括招聘、员工关系、培训与绩效管理。
监督采购作业、供应商管理及行政成本控制，提升资源使用效率。
负责管理部门年度预算编列、费用管控及执行成效追踪。
带领管理团队推动跨部门协作及管理改善项目。
协助高层推动企业文化、组织发展及营运管理目标。

任职要求

具备10年以上越南本地管理经验。
能使用越南语进行沟通者佳。
英文能够进行日常沟通。
