Online Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Online Sales Executive to lead and grow our e‑commerce channels for Samsung Vina Electronics. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing profit and stock, and building strong partnerships across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
• Manage overall revenue, profit, and inventory for all online channels.
• Expand sales channels by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations to optimise the direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) sales channel.
• Work with Operations to implement sales‑supportive platforms and tools.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Excellent understanding of e‑commerce and D2C trends.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
