Payable Accountant

About the role

The Payable Accountant will manage all vendor payments, ensure accurate bookkeeping of cash and expense transactions, and support month‑end closing activities. This position works closely with the finance team to maintain compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Check and arrange payments to domestic and overseas vendors.
• Book all cash, expense, and payable transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare VAT and FCT reports, file invoices and supporting documents.
• Complete expense bookings for month‑end closing.
• Assist in financial accounting control and reporting.
• Receive, verify, and process payment documents promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Professional accounting certification with solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented team player with high adaptability.
