About the role

The Pharmacy Medical Representative – OTC will develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory, promoting Servier’s over‑the‑counter products to pharmacies and ensuring product availability for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans, delivering the right message to the right customer with appropriate frequency.
• Build and maintain a network of existing and new pharmacy customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting relevant products.
• Act as product expert, responding to enquiries and ensuring Servier products are accessible to patients.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaigns, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and keep the customer database up to date.
• Collaborate with co‑promotion colleagues and cross‑functional teams to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy or Doctorate background.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar medical representative role at a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Dynamic, business‑driven attitude with teamwork, integrity and compliance.
