Plant Controller & Manufacturing Performance Manager

About the role

The Plant Controller & Manufacturing Performance Manager will act as the primary finance business partner for the factory management team, leading initiatives that improve manufacturing performance, control costs, and realize CAPEX value while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rigorous yield and cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive manufacturing optimization projects to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage CAPEX budgeting, tracking, and value realization.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with all factory functions to align financial goals with operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and performance drivers.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or other data‑analytics tools is an advantage.
