About the role

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations for a high‑visibility industrial organization in Vietnam. The role involves driving production efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality products on schedule.

Key responsibilities

Manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
Optimise resource utilisation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures for maximum efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial performance of the factory.

Required profile

Proven experience in engineering and manufacturing operations.
Strong background in production processes and resource management.
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies effectively.
Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.

Required skills

Annual salary between 500,000 CNY and 600,000 CNY.
