Pre-Due Team Leader (Trưởng Nhóm Nhắc Phí)

About the role
The Pre‑Due Team Leader will drive a dedicated collection team to meet monthly targets, supporting Shinhan Vietnam Finance's performance goals and core values. You will ensure smooth daily operations of the Pre‑Due unit, overseeing call‑center activities and reporting results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and monitor a team of collection agents to achieve assigned KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Manage inbound and outbound call‑center processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate debt‑collection activities, including follow‑up calls and negotiation with customers.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bounce rates.
Required profile
- College or university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Banking.
- Proven experience as a Pre‑Due Team Leader (Card) or Collection Team Leader (B0, B1).
- Advanced computer literacy, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
