Process Quality Engineer

About the role

The Process Quality Engineer will support Coherent Vietnam’s manufacturing operations by ensuring product and process quality standards are met. You will work on the factory floor in Binh Duong, applying quality tools and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain compliance with quality specifications.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis using FMEA, SPC, 5 Whys and other problem‑solving techniques.
• Maintain and audit ISO 9001 documentation and quality records.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non‑conformities.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science (optics, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in process control.
