Procurement Planning Support – English & Korean Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Planning Support professional fluent in English and Korean to ensure timely material availability and support uninterrupted production at Bosch’s Ho Chi Minh City office.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to guarantee material availability.
• Analyze demand, supply and inventory to identify shortages or excess stock.
• Create and process purchase orders, monitor order fulfillment and coordinate urgent shipments.
• Track supplier performance, manage invoices and maintain master data in SAP.
• Prepare regular reports on material availability, backlog status and delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Good written and spoken English and Korean (TOPIK 5 or above).
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement or material planning.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (planning and procurement transactions).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with procurement/logistics platforms such as WeScale or similar.
