Procurement / Sourcing Officer

About the role

The Procurement / Sourcing Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, supplier relationships and inventory planning to ensure continuous supply and cost efficiency for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Conduct purchasing activities and negotiate pricing with approved suppliers for materials and services.
• Oversee direct and indirect material suppliers to maintain supply continuity and achieve cost effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment plans to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or supply planning.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or engineering environments is preferred.
• Strong background in supplier management, negotiation and purchasing processes.
• Excellent coordination, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
