Product & Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

The Product & Customer Quality Engineer ensures product and process quality from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to mass production. The role is based at Boyd Vietnam's facility in Bac Ninh and works closely with production, engineering and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control systems, methods, standards and check sheets for NPI projects.
• Verify line readiness using the 4M criteria (Layout, SOP, PMP, Training, Machine, Material/BOM).
• Conduct audits, inspections and data analysis to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Support problem‑solving activities using 8D, FMEA and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure product specifications are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality assurance for mechanical products.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with mass‑production environments.
