Product Development & Realisation Manager

About the role

ODM Group is seeking an experienced Product Development & Realisation Manager to join its Ho Chi Minh City team. This role goes beyond traditional merchandising – you will create new products, solve manufacturing challenges and collaborate closely with sales to bring client ideas to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through to production, ensuring design feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, working directly with factories to optimise processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with product specifications and budget targets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to translate client requirements into viable product solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, sourcing, merchandising or manufacturing.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with factories and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in promotional products, packaging, retail POS, cosmetics or related consumer goods sectors.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
