Product Technical Supervisor

About the role

The Product Technical Supervisor will act as the bridge between headquarters and local teams, ensuring that product positioning, technical support, and launch activities are aligned with market needs in Vietnam. This role focuses on HVAC and home‑appliance products, driving benchmarking, market analysis and technical training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for sales and service teams.
• Support product launches, including preparation of technical documentation and launch kits.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to local teams and customers.
• Collaborate with HQ to ensure consistent product messaging and positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, HVAC, home‑appliance or electronics.
• Strong understanding of air‑conditioning products and related technologies.
• Proven experience in product training, technical support and market analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
