Production Control & Customer Satisfaction Specialist

About the role

Amkor Technology Vietnam is seeking a proactive Production Control & Customer Satisfaction Specialist to ensure smooth manufacturing flow and high service standards. You will act as a bridge between the production floor, sales, and customer service teams, driving on‑time delivery and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Control daily production activities and monitor work‑in‑process (WIP) status.
• Manage loading and shipment processes to meet delivery schedules.
• Collect and analyse production data, track cycle times and on‑time performance.
• Communicate regularly with Customer Service and Sales to align expectations.
• Coordinate between CS/Sales and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Prepare and distribute regular production reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in production control or production planning.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
