Production Engineer (English)

About the role

The company is looking for a Production Engineer who will work in an English‑speaking environment to support manufacturing operations at its Bac Ninh plant. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, managing engineering data, and ensuring smooth operation of production equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop standard work documents based on HQ technical specifications and distribute them to production areas.
• Set up, maintain, and regularly update data in the ERP system.
• Control engineering processes and ensure proper versioning of technical documentation.
• Manage production machines, equipment, and tools, including tracking, inventory control and procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical‑Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes in a factory setting.
• Experience with engineering master data management and document control.
