Production Engineering Staff

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineering Staff member to support our manufacturing operations in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on improving production processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing equipment and tooling to boost Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production lines and resolve manufacturing problems promptly.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous‑improvement projects.
• Design, modify, and maintain production equipment, tooling, and fixtures using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in PLC and HMI programming tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently on the shop floor.
