Production Supervisor

About the role

Molex Vietnam is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at its Thang Long II industrial park in Hung Yen. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure smooth production flow, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain procedures, standards, and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Apply engineering design knowledge to optimise product flow and quality.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor quality tools and ensure compliance with product specifications.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing (or 4 years with higher qualifications).
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving, training, coaching, and leadership abilities.
