Project Development Executive (Korean-Speaking)

About the role

The Project Development Executive will support Lotte Land's real‑estate projects in Vietnam by bridging communication between Vietnamese and Korean stakeholders. This role requires fluent Korean language skills and solid experience in real‑estate development and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret Vietnamese to Korean and vice‑versa during meetings, conferences and negotiations.
• Translate work‑related documents from Vietnamese to Korean accurately.
• Research relevant regulations and assist in obtaining legal approvals from authorities.
• Support the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts and due‑diligence materials.
• Collaborate with partners to align project timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably with a Korean corporation.
• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and proficient in Vietnamese.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Korean language major preferred.
• Experience in real‑estate development is an advantage.
• Positive, open‑minded attitude and strong analytical skills.
