Project Manager – Blue Corridor (Vietnam)

About the role
The Blue Corridor project aims to create a sub‑regional network of Marine Protected Areas and other effective conservation measures along Vietnam’s central coast. As Project Manager you will lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the project meets its biodiversity, livelihood and climate‑adaptation objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, budget, implement and monitor project activities in line with World Vision and WWF‑Vietnam guidelines.
- Conduct assessments to support the establishment of new MPAs/OECMs and strengthen management of existing ones.
- Coordinate community outreach, awareness‑raising on illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, and support MPA management boards.
- Facilitate community‑led conservation initiatives and knowledge exchange among MPAs and OECMs.
- Deliver capacity‑building training and expand access to sustainable livelihood resources for women and fishers.
- Integrate disaster risk management and climate‑change adaptation measures into project activities.
- Prepare regular monitoring, evaluation reports and reflect on project performance.
Required profile
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Blue Corridor project, including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
