Purchasing Governance & Process Coordinator – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

The Purchasing Governance and Process Coordinator will support the Mobility Aftermarket Division, driving digital transformation, advanced analytics, and process standardisation within the purchasing function.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and manage new IT tools for the Purchasing department (worldwide and regional).
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analytics and modern tools.
• Produce regular purchasing controlling reports for selected plants with high quality and timeliness.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power‑BI dashboards, including DAX formulas and data models.
• Coordinate business plan, current forecast, and management reports for the EA governance.
• Lead cross‑plant or worldwide projects to improve and standardise purchasing processes.
• Build and coordinate a knowledge centre covering PUR/PUC/PUQ methods and tools.
• Ensure compliance with daily purchasing activities and investigate cash‑flow processes to follow RB guidelines.
• Deliver deviation reports on schedule and act as interface to service provider RBEI for change implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Controlling, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing controlling, data analysis, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Power‑BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modelling).
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis and visualisation.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and compliance reporting.
