QC Supervisor (Giám Sát Chất Lượng)

About the role
The QC Supervisor ensures that all products meet the highest quality standards set by Innovative Lighting. You will lead inspection activities for raw and semi‑processed materials, monitor production processes, and turn data into actionable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve inspection standards for increasing volumes of materials.
- Conduct systematic inspections at each stage of the production line.
- Collect, analyse and report quality data to identify trends and root causes.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Required profile
- College degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC leader in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and production management.
