QMM Administration Intern

About the role

The QMM Administration Intern will support the Quality Management and Measurement (QMM) team in maintaining quality processes, databases and administrative activities across Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quality activities across departments and corporate teams as a quality assurance officer for the QMM team.
• Maintain QMM databases, repository folders, and process databases such as OPAL.
• Support the release of QMM reports, QMS processes, and metrics baselines.
• Prepare and analyse data at the organisational level when required.
• Assist with external audits, internal training sessions, seminars and workshops.
• Operate and administer the project‑management tool, including configuration and user training.
• Handle purchasing requests: contact vendors, obtain quotations, raise purchase orders, follow‑up deliveries and process payment or expense claims.
• Update employee lists and departmental organisational charts.
• Coordinate associate benefits, gifts and departmental events such as meetings and workshops.
• Manage courier services, welcome guests, and prepare invitation letters and certificates.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university programme and eager to gain experience in quality management and administrative support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
