QS Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) specialized in electrical engineering to join our commercial fit‑out projects. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting and coordination with design and project teams to ensure cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and budgets for electrical works in commercial fit‑out projects.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, evaluate tender documents and quotations.
• Monitor project costs, variations and prepare regular cost reports.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and project teams to propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Review progress payments, manage claims and support contract reviews.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, as well as other specialised software.
• Design or supervision certificate for MEP works.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Hard‑working and able to produce design drawings, shop drawings, calculations and clear design explanations.
