Quality Control (QC) – Returns Inspection

About the role
We are looking for a diligent Quality Control specialist to manage the inspection and handling of returned packages in our warehouse. The role ensures that all returns are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse.
- Coordinate shelving and inventory management of returned items, ensuring timely daily, weekly, and monthly processing.
- Work closely with the Vietnam customer service team to maintain a seamless workflow for returns.
Required profile
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or digital inventory tracking tools.
