Quality Inspection Intern – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Bosch HcP’s Quality team as a Quality Inspection Intern and contribute to the digitisation of laboratory processes and on‑site belt inspection activities. You will work on a Quality 4.0 project, supporting data collection and structuring for AI‑driven initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality 4.0 project by gathering, organising and documenting laboratory data for AI release phases.
• Support belt inspection tasks: perform testing, collect and store samples, and maintain 5S standards.
• Execute 8D problem‑solving tasks assigned by the Quality Engineer, including data collection, inspection and report preparation.
• Carry out administrative duties for the QMM6 team, manage stationery, documentation and help organise departmental events.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Mechatronics, Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to an international, multicultural work environment.
• Proactive, reliable, high‑commitment and eager to learn.
