Regional Sales Leader – Vietnam (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven B2C Sales Team Lead to build, mentor, and lead our remote sales team in Vietnam. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to conversion—drive revenue growth and implement scalable sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership and manage a distributed sales team.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and implement automation and optimisation opportunities to scale growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the business in Vietnam.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2C sales leadership experience in remote or distributed teams.
• Hands‑on B2C sales experience with strong knowledge of online sales channels and digital marketing in the region.
• Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (minimum C1 level, spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using AI tools for sales optimisation.
