Retail Relationship Manager – Personal Customer Relations

About the role

The Retail Relationship Manager will drive loan sales and nurture relationships with individual and micro‑SME customers. You will work from our Empress Tower office, supporting the bank’s growth targets across home, car, SOHO and unsecured loan products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for Home Loan, Car Loan, SOHO Loan and Unsecured Loan products targeting individuals and tiny SMEs.
• Explore, build and maintain a network of prospective customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned existing customers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to originate new loan deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
• Proven experience selling home loan products.
• Ability to conduct credit assessments and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of lending products, practices and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, customer‑service and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic, accuracy, efficiency and high teamwork responsibility.
