About the role

The Retail Sales Associate supports the Store Management team in achieving store sales targets while upholding brand standards in customer service, selling, visual merchandising, and store operations. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting with day‑to‑day store activities.

Key responsibilities

Support Store Management team in meeting or exceeding store sales targets.

Required profile

Tertiary or higher education qualification.
Minimum one year of retail sales experience.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, proactiveness and stress‑management skills.
Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Physical ability to move and stand for extended periods.
