Risk Management Services Internship

About the role

PwC’s Risk Management Services team in Hanoi is looking for a motivated final‑year student or recent graduate to join as an intern. You will support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance projects for banking clients, gaining hands‑on experience in data analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and process data, develop Excel tools using VBA.
• Prepare presentation and document materials in PowerPoint and Word under project guidance.
• Assist the team in reviewing and translating documents.
• Participate in meetings and interviews, capture minutes and track project timelines.
• Conduct research on risk management, asset‑liability management and governance topics.
• Support on‑site client activities and other project tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analysis or related fields.
• Basic understanding of risk management and asset‑liability management in banking.
• Strong English communication skills; IELTS or equivalent preferred.
• Effective time management, teamwork and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including VBA).
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Programming for modelling – R or Python (a plus).
