Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support the commercial team in pre‑sale, sales and marketing activities, helping to drive business development for our industrial technology solutions. You will work closely with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth offer preparation and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in pre‑sale, sales, marketing and business development initiatives.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, documentation, quotations and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to compile offers and respond to customer inquiries.
• Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, credit conditions and finalize sales contracts or purchase orders.
• Handle import‑export procedures, customs clearance documents and procurement coordination.
• Provide post‑sale customer care and maintain updated records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Business English, Technology or a related field.
• Relevant experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Power Plant customers is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, report writing and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good operational management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
