Sales Logistics

About the role

The Sales Logistics position is responsible for driving revenue by building win‑win partnerships with customers, understanding their business needs and delivering exceptional service. The role also creates and executes sales strategies to meet targets and support FedEx Express Vietnam’s overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through face‑to‑face interactions.
• Identify customer requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and act as the main point of contact for logistics inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding and transportation services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain, express, freight forwarding or transportation.
• Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Comfortable networking and building rapport with customers.
