About the role

The Sales Logistics role at OOCL Logistics (Vietnam) focuses on expanding our freight forwarding and logistics portfolio across road, sea and air services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the logistics sector.
• Negotiate and close deals for freight forwarding and transport services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Promote the company’s road, sea and air logistics solutions to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a shipping line or international 3PL logistics company.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (or Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
