Sales Manager – Business Development & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development for external customers in the logistics sector. The role focuses on expanding our sea‑freight and logistics services portfolio, building new client relationships and driving revenue growth for Samsung SDS Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain a prospect pipeline to ensure proactive market coverage.
• Manage the preparation and submission of RFQ response documents.
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, trade or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, with a proven track record.
• Strong English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
• Current portfolio of at least three active customers or opportunities generating USD 700,000 annually.
