Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

AkzoNobel Vietnam is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who is fluent in Chinese to lead and grow its paint and coatings business in the assigned territory. You will work closely with a cross‑functional team to develop strategies, coach sales staff, and protect market share.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to build and execute business strategies and plans for the designated area.
• Coach and support sales team members to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities.
• Diagnose existing or potential customer issues and coordinate solutions.
• Monitor customer activity, protect market share, and implement tactics to increase sales.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; experience in the paints and coatings industry is a plus.
• Strong hunting mindset and commercial awareness.
• Ability to understand customer needs and design innovative account strategies.
• Proven capability to work in shared leadership and cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent listening skills and high integrity.
