Sales Manager

About the role

Long Hai Security, a global leader in security solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand its business across Northern Vietnam. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with manufacturers, industrial parks and multinational companies to deliver comprehensive security solutions that protect people, assets and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in the security sector.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with leading manufacturers, industrial parks and multinational corporations.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, facility management, logistics, property services or similar solution‑based industries.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.
