Sales Manager

About the role

Yusen Logistics Vietnam is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Business Development team. The successful candidate will shape sales strategies, expand the customer base, and drive profitable growth across the logistics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing key accounts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations, freight forwarding, and warehousing units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing to maximize profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics sales or business development, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing and supply‑chain solutions.
• Proven track record in negotiation, key‑account management and achieving sales targets.
