Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead digital advertising sales efforts, identifying, prioritising and closing new client opportunities to meet revenue and gross profit targets. This role focuses on both direct and agency sales of FreakOut’s programmatic solutions across display, video and OTT formats.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, identify, prioritise and win new clients to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
• Sell FreakOut products including Display (Native, Rich Media, Social), OTT & Video, programmatic SSP on TTD & DV360, GP YouTube Contextual Intelligence and 360‑degree Video DSP.
• Report daily sales activities to the Country Manager and collaborate with the BD team on inventory strategy.
• Create and continuously improve sales materials, presentations and documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing communication to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Local Vietnamese resident in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and English language skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong initiative and ability to work well in a team.
