About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the Khánh Hòa branch of LOTTE Duty Free, overseeing all sales and store operations. The role focuses on driving revenue growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience and building a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall sales and store operations to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop, lead, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
- Coordinate merchandising, marketing, logistics and other operational activities to support performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including POS transactions and staff scheduling.
Required profile
- College or university graduate (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or luxury boutique environments.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
- Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and interact proactively with customers and staff.
