Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Sales Support Officer will provide essential back‑office assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing and customer service. This position enables the sales force to focus on field activities and new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order entry, verification and follow‑up for assigned key accounts.
• Maintain accurate stock balances and proactively generate purchase orders.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment scheduling and documentation.
• Support the sales team with quotations, contract preparation and customer inquiries.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, planning or logistics within a distribution environment.
• Age around 25 years.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
