Sales Tour Inbound (English/ German/ French/ Italian Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Inbound Tour Sales professional to join our team in Hanoi. The role involves creating tailored travel programs, managing client relationships and promoting our latest travel products to a multilingual clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and work directly with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their travel needs are met.
• Design customized travel itineraries that align with client expectations and budget.
• Promote Easia Travel’s new tours and regularly inform clients about upcoming offerings.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on destinations, services and product features.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, achieving individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role.
• Fluent written and spoken English, German, French and Italian.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and ability to persuade and close deals.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations and the tourism market.
