SAP Business Consultant – Business Analyst Role

About the role

As a Business Analyst within Bosch Global Software Technologies, you will work closely with clients and delivery teams to translate business needs into high‑quality SAP solutions. The role combines requirements gathering, solution design, and support for end‑users in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business objectives, risks and expectations.
• Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose optimal SAP solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed documentation (BRD, FRS, flowcharts, data models).
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, supporting product owners in Scrum ceremonies.
• Create mock‑ups and wireframes using prototyping tools.
• Prepare test cases, conduct UAT and ensure successful delivery.
• Write user manuals, deliver training sessions and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement engineering and agile environments.
