SCM Operation Agent (Documentation)

About the role

The SCM Operation Agent (Documentation) supports Maersk's export processes by managing and validating all shipping documents. You will ensure that document packages meet internal standards and are delivered on time to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and validate export documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
• Ensure document packages comply with IOP and SOP requirements while meeting defined KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, customers, and destination offices to guarantee accurate and timely submission.
• Monitor document readiness and proactively follow up on any missing or incomplete items.
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or a related field.
• At least 6 months of internship or work experience in logistics, shipping, or export‑import documentation.
• Detail‑oriented, hardworking, and highly committed to the role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages (Thai, Khmer, Burmese, etc.) are a plus.
