Senior Accountant (Outsourcing Service) – Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our outsourcing accounting team. The role involves direct interaction with clients, managing the end‑to‑end accounting process, and supporting senior management in financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients to collect accounting and tax documentation.
• Verify received documents and input data into the accounting software.
• Execute general accounting tasks to prepare accurate financial statements.
• Assist senior staff in preparing and compiling financial and tax reports.
• Provide guidance to junior accountants and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum five years of experience in an outsourcing accounting firm.
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Experience working directly with clients is preferred.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficient PC skills for handling accounting software.
