Senior AI Engineer – Joining Bonus

About the role

The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop and deploy machine‑learning models that address business and technical requirements across Bosch’s product portfolio. The role involves analysing large data sets, building predictive models and preparing AI solutions for integration into engineering applications. A joining bonus equivalent to one month’s gross salary is offered for candidates who start by 31 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions based on project requirements and customer alignment.
• Process and analyse large‑scale datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.
• Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.
• Perform model evaluation, validation and tuning to optimise performance.
• Mentor junior engineers on machine‑learning concepts and coding practices.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying machine‑learning models.
• Proven experience with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with large datasets and production AI systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
